Hey, sometimes it happens; You ask for something that you think will be perfect and, when it arrives, it is not exactly as you imagined. We will not insist on that, however. We will return your item and find something that suits you better.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality or fit of any merchandise you receive, we will be happy to return full payment, minus shipping and handling charges, as long as you return the item within 3 days of our delivery. We want your purchase to inspire a smile, never a grimace.
We have designed our return policy so that you can shop with complete confidence. It works like this:
For everything else (with some exceptions), except for returns of items in their original and complete condition and packaging (to clarify: unused, new, unwashed and without embellishment).
Now this is where the few exceptions come into play.
Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a set. After all, they belong to each other. (For example, if you buy shorts, you should return the shorts and t-shirt together, or if you return a pair of socks or gloves, you should return both at the same time. Nobody likes this drawer full of rebellious socks looking for a long lost partner.)
If the returned product does not meet the requirements above, A UNIQUE PERFORMANCE will not be able to process your return or exchange, and we cannot guarantee that we will send the non-returned / non-exchangeable products back to you. We would like to avoid this scenario, so call or send us an email if you have any questions.
Please note that returns are only accepted if an error was made by our company. We cannot issue a refund or return based on the fabric type after the client has already selected it.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MY REFUND ?
These things take time, but not much. It takes 15 to 20 business days, to be exact. That’s all we need to receive your package at the distribution center, inspect your return, process it in inventory and complete your refund. We will do this as soon as possible, we promise.
After we receive and accept the returned item, we will issue a refund of the full price (minus any applicable shipping and handling charges). Credits will be made in the original form of payment
If you wish to exchange an item, we can help you there, too. Give us a head’s up by requesting an exchange by mail or over the phone. We will always ship your exchanged item with free ground shipping. Allow approximately 1-3 weeks from the time you request your exchange to receive your exchange order. On exchanges, we also offer reduced shipping rates on Next-Day and Three-Day shipping.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Please include a copy of your invoice with the return so that we can properly credit your account.
Please provide all information requested in the return form, including all relevant order and contact information including a daytime phone number. It’ll make the process run like clockwork and life better for the team that processes these.
We do not refund return shipping costs. However, where an error was made on our part, we will e-mail you a return label to be used at no cost to you.
