Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:

A Unique Performance strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be returned within 4 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Customized and personalized merchandise is not eligible for returns unless it is due to a manufacturing issue.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@auniqueperformance.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if your return is eligible.

  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, along with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refund Timeframe:

Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return and refund, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized/customized items.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged/defective item.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been started.
